Dr. Debra Rose is a professor in the Department of Kinesiology and Director of the Center for Successful Aging at Cal State Fullerton. She also serves as one of three co-directors of the Fall Prevention Center of Excellence housed at the University of Southern California. Her primary research focus is on the enhancement of mobility and the prevention of falls in later years. Dr. Rose is nationally and internationally recognized for her work in fall risk reduction assessment and programming and has received numerous awards for her scientific and professional contributions in the areas of healthy aging and fall risk reduction.
