Dr. Cote, currently Assistant Professor in the Department of Special Education, has experience in conducting problem-solving needs assessment and training of diverse students with exceptionalities (i.e., cognitive). She is interested in the relationship between organic or biological causes and educational programming. She has worked with urban populations.
