Dr. Howell is an assistant professor in the Department of Special Education at Cal State Fullerton. She conducted her doctoral training at the University of California, Riverside where she worked at the SEARCH Family Autism Resource Center. Her research interests include the student-teacher-relationship for children with disabilities, high-functioning autism and Asperger syndrome, and faith-based inclusion for students with special needs.
