Dr. Wura Jacobs is an assistant professor in the Department of Health Science at Cal State Fullerton. She received her doctoral degree in Health Education. Her main fields of interests are network analysis and the study of social influence through social networks, and adolescent behavior and health outcomes. Her research focuses particularly on the intersection of social networks and influences, sociocultural factors, and health-related behaviors (substance use, diet/nutrition, and physical activity) among adolescents.
