Dr. Rusmevichientong is an assistant professor in the Department of Health Science at Cal State Fullerton. Her research interest primarily lies in the areas of applied microeconomics, experimental, behavioral and health economics, and focuses on understanding real-world health situations on obesity, malnutrition, smoking, food labeling, food/ beverage and anti-obesity advertising, food policy intervention to changing behaviors or improving health outcome.
