Dr. Cote is an assistant professor in the Department of Special Education at Cal State Fullerton. She has experience in conducting problem-solving needs assessment and training of diverse students with exceptionalities (i.e., cognitive). Dr. Cote is interested in the relationship between organic or biological causes and educational programming. She has worked with urban populations.
